Warranty

Island Boat Lifts, Inc. (“IBL”) warrants its products against defects in materials and  workmanship as follows:

• Structural aluminum and stainless-steel construction are warranted for 10 years.
• Direct Gear Drive units are warranted for 5 years.
• Stainless-Steel Motors are warranted for 2 years.
• Remote Control units are warranted for 1 year.
• All Other Components are warranted for 1 year.

This Limited Warranty shall apply to the original Owner/Buyer and shall begin upon the date of pick-up or delivery. IBL agrees to provide all necessary parts and labor during the Warranty Period for all defects in materials and workmanship, provided the products are for non-commercial use and that IBL receives written notice of any defects during the Warranty Period.

Owner/Buyer remedies under this Limited Warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of the failed component(s), defects in materials or defects in workmanship. IBL shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to damage to property, loss of use or any expenses for inconvenience. Under no circumstances shall this Warranty cover any damages that exceed the purchase price of the product received by IBL. All implied warranties are excluded as IBL products are sold as-is with all faults and flaws. Owner/Buyer should carefully inspect their product upon pick-up, delivery, installation, etc. No employee, distributor, dealer, installer, or other representative of IBL has authority to bind IBL to an affirmation, representation, or Warranty.
